We ship our products Australia wide. Due to safety instructions, products cannot be shipped overseas.
Shipping prices within Australia may vary depending on the location of the shipping address. Shipping to remote areas can be more expensive and have longer delivery times.

Please note: due to Covid19 pandemic and as a result overload on the couriers, shipping time can take longer.
- After you have placed your order and your payment has been received, it will take up to 2 business days to prepare the shipment. The product will be shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne within 2 to 5 business days. Email confirmation with full details of courier or shipping arrangements will be sent to you at the email address you provided.
- Due to safety instructions, we will not accept orders, and will not ship to, destinations outside of Australia.
- The preparation and delivery times are only an estimate and not binding.
- Some products may not be in stock and therefore, they won’t be available immediately. We will do our best to update you should this be the case.
- There may be delays caused by the post or courier services, which we cannot be held responsible for.
- Your signature will be required as proof of delivery, and it must be the person whose details were listed with us on the order. You can authorize us to leave the order without your presence upon delivery, but this decision is your responsibility and we will not be liable for any damage or loss as a result.
- Due to its battery, electric scooters are classified as a ‘dangerous good’ during the shipping process in Australia. This means that shipping is relatively expensive and shipping costs can change frequently.
